A dual-zoned Eurocave wine storage and cigar humidor is on display in the living area. These storage units are used to safeguard the owner’s private collection, however access may be granted under the supervision of the property manager. A wide selection of glassware is available to the guests.
Tiled with Indonesian stone, our private infinity pool is built for cooling off in style. The water may be chilled or heated to your preference and the built-in jacuzzi is ideal for releasing the stress of the day. Please note to take special care of children around the outdoor area, as the pool is not fenced off. The depth of the pool ranges from 90cm in the shallow side to 120cm at the deep end.
A chilled-water tank ensures that cold water is available throughout the house, even during the scorching summer heat. The kitchen sink is equipped with a second tap where filtered, drinkable water is dispensed hot, cold or sparkling.
All rooms are temperature-controlled with central air conditioning to keep the Dubai heat at bay. The entire property is powered by 41 solar panels, a community “first” in terms of self-sufficiency.
The security of our guests and the property is also monitored through a 24-hour CCTV surveillance system located at the main entrance.
All of the rooms are equipped with Smart TVs offering all your favourite streaming platforms. A 5G mesh WiFi network ensures connectivity across the entire property without having to reconnect from zone to zone.
A fitness corner has been “carved” within the corridor area on the upper floor, it includes a reclining bench and a pair of adjustable dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg to 24kg each alternatively a fully equipped community gym is five minutes away.
Full bedding and towels exchange is done every seven days however house keeping is done daily furthermore cleaning tools and equipment are also available on site. The property is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke sensors and a first aid kit for emergencies.
Greystone guests are able to access all the shared community areas, nearly four million square feet of parkland offering various themed areas for relaxation and sports including Malibu Bay/beach, pools, gym, walking tracks, gardens, shopping centers, a skate park, stables, football field, tennis courts and more.
